Substrate Treatment

Make sure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, and dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, and free from chemical additives such as release agents. This product is unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Employ shot blasting and thorough vacuuming before application.

Application Method

>> Eliminate unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface meticulously.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting as necessary based on substrate absorption. Apply uniformly with a roller brush for complete penetration.

>> For added reinforcement, consider multiple coat applications.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with high-quality putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a flawless finish.
