Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. On loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, this product is not recommended. Shot blasting is essential. Sand the substrate meticulously and vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Thoroughly remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a precise ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, tailored to substrate absorption. Apply a generous coat using a roller brush, ensuring full penetration.

>> For optimal reinforcement, multiple coats may be layered.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready for the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, offering a solid foundation for further enhancement.
