K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Meticulously eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings to prepare the surface for excellence.
2. Smooth out uneven areas by grinding away loose concrete and debris, then vacuum thoroughly to remove residual materials and dust, ensuring a pristine base.
3. Ensure the base remains impeccably dry and free from puddles to guarantee optimal adhesion.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, use the LG670 non-absorbent interface treatment for optimal surface preparation.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% to achieve outstanding results.
1. After thoroughly cleansing the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), proceed with the self-leveling pre-work for best results.
2. Introduce about 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and blend using a mixer until smooth and lump-free. Distribute the mixed material evenly using a specialized notched trowel to ensure precise thickness control. Shield the newly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing mixing and application within 10 minutes for optimal performance.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, utilize a defoaming roller to eliminate any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can effectively facilitate the transportation of the self-leveling slurry, ensuring a flawless application.
TRANSPORTATION
Ensure storage in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product retains a shelf life of 6 months, ensuring reliability.
During transportation, it is essential to prevent collisions and compression to avoid package damage, maintaining the product's integrity.
