K50 commercial self-leveling compound is a premier water-hardening inorganic composite crafted from top-tier raw materials, meticulously blended to perfection. Its remarkable fluidity swiftly transforms indoor floors into impeccably leveled surfaces. Widely acclaimed for its use in preparing various floor materials, including plastic flooring, sheet materials, tiles, and wooden floors, it stands as the ultimate choice for flawless flooring.
K50 self-leveling compound is celebrated for its extraordinary strength, minimal shrinkage, and superior adhesion, delivering a seamless and sturdy base for floor installations. It is ideally suited for diverse solid substrates such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces, ensuring enduring stability.
1. Boasting exceptional fluidity, it effortlessly self-levels the ground
2. Enhances the density, hardness, and uniformity of the foundation
3. Reduces porosity and augments uniform absorption
4. It dries and sets rapidly, enabling the grinding and installation of decorative floor materials within 1-2 days
5. Low shrinkage eliminates cracking during ground preparation

K50 can be seamlessly applied in a thickness range of 2mm to 5mm in a single application.
1. Thoroughly eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and residual coatings from the surface.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding, removing loose concrete and debris, and vacuuming away all loose materials and dust.
3. Ensure the substrate remains dry and free from any water accumulation.
4. For highly absorbent substrates, use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended for optimal surface priming.
Maintain a precise water-to-mortar ratio of 26% for optimal results.
1. After meticulously cleaning the base layer, select an appropriate primer. Once the primer has been absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), proceed with pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Into a container, pour approximately 6 liters of clean water, then gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Pour the mix and distribute evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to regulate thickness. Protect freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application in under 10 minutes.
3. Prior to setting, utilize a defoaming roller to eliminate any entrained air from the surface. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, safeguarding it from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the shelf life extends to 6 months, ensuring lasting quality.
During transportation, take care to avoid collisions and compression to preserve the integrity of the packaging.
