By reacting with free calcium and magnesium ions, it forms a robust crystalline structure that hardens the entire surface. The result? A concrete floor that is not only incredibly durable but also visually stunning.
Our lithium-based hardener is meticulously engineered for emery floors, also known as wear-resistant floors. This specialty formulation ensures the ultimate enhancement of emery floors.
Emery floors, inherently porous as cement products, can develop dust and dirt issues over time. Their unique structural composition, pH levels, and trace elements set them apart from other basic floors. Our emery floor hardener addresses these specific characteristics, ensuring all active components react uniformly across the surface.

Application scope

Our product is ideal for a wide range of applications, including Industrial floors, Workshop floors, Supermarket floors, Concrete parking lots, Concrete highways, Airport runways, Concrete bridges, Concrete docks, Concrete walls, Sports centers, and any location with a concrete or cement mortar base. It is also perfect for reinforcing new and old concrete bases, terrazzo bases, and hardened wear-resistant floors.

Hardness: After treatment, the surface hardness of the ground is reached within 1-3 days, and the highest hardness is reached
within 90-120 days
Impact Strength: Increased by 13%, with a hardness of Mohs scale 6.
Gloss: Reaches a marble-like gloss under normal walking conditions after 90-180 days.
Oil Penetration: Penetration rate of 0.03cc per hour (no visible penetration or marks within 30 minutes when 1mm engine oil drop is applied on the test surface; oil stains can be cleaned within 8 hours).
Wear Resistance: Enhances more than 40% compared to ordinary concrete floors.
Dust Resistance: No dust generated under Mohs scale 6 testing.
