K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly remove any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface, preparing a pristine canvas for application.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris, then meticulously vacuum to clear away residual material and dust, ensuring a clean and even substrate.
3. Ensure the base remains completely dry and devoid of puddles to prevent any interference with the bonding process.
4. For absorbent substrates, employ the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal treatment and adhesion.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% to achieve optimal performance and consistency of the self-leveling compound.
1. After thoroughly cleansing the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), initiate the self-leveling pre-work for impeccable results.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually mix in a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and blend with a mixer until the mixture is uniformly smooth and free of lumps. Spread the mixed material evenly with a specialized notched trowel to control thickness, and protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds. Ensure mixing and application are completed within an efficient 10-minute timeframe.
3. Before the setting of the self-leveling compound, use a defoaming roller to eliminate any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can facilitate the efficient transport of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and humidity to preserve the integrity of the product. When sealed, the product offers a reliable shelf life of 6 months, ensuring readiness for future projects.
During transportation, it is imperative to avoid collisions and compression to prevent any damage to the package, maintaining the quality of the product.
