Application Scope: Our adhesive is perfect for reinforcing cement mortar wall surfaces with slight sand shedding and aerated concrete block surfaces. Additionally, it is effective on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, or other absorbent substrates such as concrete. Key Benefits: It expertly seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption rate of porous substrates.

This advanced formulation prevents moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, resulting in enhanced durability. It also improves the bonding strength of the leveling layer, ensuring firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, effectively eliminating issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

The surface should be smooth & dry, free of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. For loose or extensively sand-shedding surfaces, this product is not suitable for reinforcement. Shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are recommended before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 or as per substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration..

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied..

>> After curing, the substrate can be directly applied by putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
