Performance characteristics
The LG9000 water-based adhesive stands as the pinnacle of flooring solutions, crafted specifically to cater to the demands of projects requiring exceptional elasticity and unmatched curing capabilities. Ideal for use with materials such as wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT, this incredible adhesive performs as a wet-bond and pressure-sensitive adhesive on pre-treated absorbent surfaces. Its innovative formula even permits limited application as a gap-filling pressure-sensitive adhesive on non-absorbent surfaces or existing flooring, ensuring your projects receive the seamless and dependable application they merit.
Transform your flooring projects with the exceptional LG9000 adhesive, specifically engineered for non-absorbent substrates. Installation can commence just 20-50 minutes after application, harnessing its long-lasting adhesion, formidable peel and shear strength, swift curing, and superior curing power. It is crucial for the substrate to be robust, smooth, dry, void of cracks, and free from dust. For more challenging surfaces - including those that are uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent - bolster the surface integrity using LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to prevent debonding. Revel in unparalleled stability and peak performance.
Installation Instructions
For impeccable wood flooring installation, employ a B11 notched trowel, meticulously designed for wood flooring adhesive application. Be diligent in replacing the notched bar every 100 square meters. The adhesive's open time is influenced by its quantity, environmental conditions, and substrate absorption rate. It is ready for use once strings start to form, indicating its readiness for action.
For wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, it is recommended to utilize a B1 notched trowel. Ensure the notched bar is replaced every 100 square meters. When the adhesive begins to form strings, initiate installation to guarantee optimal transfer to the back of the flooring. During the installation process, meticulously roll the entire surface with a roller, and use a cork board to press edges and corners, ensuring a seamless, gap-free bond. Follow up with another roll 20 minutes later to ensure the bond's integrity. For detailed instructions, adhere to Lan Guan's technical guidelines, fortifying the excellence of your flooring.
