K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Begin by eliminating oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface.
2. Grind any uneven surfaces to clear away loose concrete and debris, then use a vacuum to remove residual materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and entirely free of puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, employ the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent.
Achieve optimal results with a water-to-mortar ratio of 26%.
1. Once the base layer is thoroughly cleaned, select a suitable primer. When the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence the preparatory work for self-leveling.
2. Begin by pouring around 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually adding a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix using a mixer until achieving a uniformly smooth, lump-free consistency. Distribute the mixed material evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to maintain desired thickness. Protect freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within a 10-minute window.
3. Prior to setting, employ a defoaming roller to eliminate any entrapped air. Note: A pump capable of delivering 20-40 liters per minute can facilitate the transport of self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, avoiding direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed, the product boasts a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, ensure protection from collisions and compression to maintain packaging integrity.
