LANGUAN GT-H90 Solid Concrete Support Grouting Material is a high-performance, non-shrink cement-based grouting material designed for structural support grouting and secondary grouting applications.

Formulated with high-strength cement, high-grade aggregates, special additives, and micro-expansion components, GT-H90 provides excellent fluidity, superior penetration, stable volume performance, and reliable bonding strength.

The material is suitable for filling gaps beneath bridge bearings, equipment foundations, steel structures, tracks, and other load-bearing components. Its self-flowing characteristics allow the grout to penetrate narrow gaps and form a dense, stable support layer after hardening.

SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

APPLICATION METHOD

GT-H90 is recommended for use on:

The substrate should be structurally sound, clean, and free from loose particles, oil, grease, dust, and other contaminants.

1. Clean the Grouting Area
Remove dust, loose particles, oil, and contaminants from the concrete support area.

2. Prepare Water
Measure the required amount of clean water according to the project specification and product instructions.

3. Add GT-H90
Gradually add the GT-H90 powder into the prepared water.

4. Mix Thoroughly
Use a suitable mechanical mixer to achieve a uniform, smooth grout without visible lumps.

5. Check Fluidity
Ensure the mixed grout has suitable flowability before application.

6. Pour the Grout
Pour continuously from one side of the grouting area to minimize air entrapment and ensure complete filling.

7. Allow the Grout to Flow
Maintain continuous material flow so that the grout fills gaps beneath baseplates, bearings, equipment bases, or structural components.

8. Finish the Surface
After filling, remove excess grout and finish the exposed surface as required.

9. Curing
Protect the freshly grouted area from excessive vibration, impact, rapid drying, and adverse environmental conditions during curing.
