Water Based Multi Purpose Wall Floor Primer is ready to use water based priming material specially developed to upgrade bonding performance between absorbent substrates and subsequent building products. It can be easily spread with brush or roller and features short drying cycle so follow up construction can start rapidly and cut site waiting time. This primer is suitable for interior and exterior wall and floor pretreatment work. It can cooperate with tile adhesives plastering mortars anti crack repair mortars cement based self leveling underlayments and tile installation waterproof membranes. It works on many absorbent substrates including fiber cement board gypsum board concrete cement sand screed clay brick lightweight block and autoclaved aerated concrete block. For special uncommon substrates please consult professional technical support for usage suggestion. This product cannot be used on glazed non absorbent or silicone treated surfaces. Metal surfaces need separate dedicated primer treatment.

Packing & Delivery

Standard product package is 20 liter sealed plastic bucket. Goods are arranged on export pallets and wrapped by stretch film to prevent leakage sunlight exposure and collision damage during sea or land transit. We support FOB CIF and other trade terms. OEM private label bucket printing service is available upon customer request. Full set of export documents including packing list commercial invoice can be supplied for customs clearance.

APPLICATION METHOD

1. Surface Preparation
The substrate should be clean, dry and solid. Remove dust, oil stains, loose particles and other contaminants that may affect bonding performance.

2. Application
Shake the product evenly before use. Apply LG660 uniformly on the surface by brush or roller.

For highly absorbent substrates, a second coating may be applied according to the surface condition.

3. Drying
Allow the interface agent to dry completely before applying subsequent materials. Drying time is approximately 15-30 minutes depending on temperature, humidity and substrate conditions.

Q1 What kind of substrates can this multi purpose primer be applied on
A It fits many absorbent substrates such as concrete gypsum board fiber cement board clay brick lightweight block and autoclaved aerated concrete block. It cannot be used for glazed non absorbent or silicone treated surfaces. Metal surfaces need special separate primer. Contact our technical team for other special base materials.

Q2 Do I need to add water to dilute this primer before application
A This product is ready to use. Do not add water for dilution. Shake bucket fully before applying.

Q3 How many coating layers are needed for aerated concrete block
A Aerated concrete belongs to high porosity substrate. Apply at least two coats according to its actual absorption condition.

Q4 What is the coverage of 20L bucket for single coat
A Theoretical coverage is around 120 square meter. Real coverage will change with substrate porosity and application method.

Q5 How long should I wait before next construction work
A Drying time is 15 to 30 minutes under 23 degree Celsius and 50 percent relative humidity. Low temperature or high humidity environment will extend drying time. Make sure primer is fully dry before subsequent steps.

Q6 What is the minimum construction temperature
A The ambient temperature shall not be lower than 5 degree Celsius during application.

Q7 How should I store unused primer
A Keep bucket away from direct sunlight. Reseal tightly after partial use. Unopened product shelf life is 12 months under normal storage environment. Do not pour leftover used primer back into original bucket to avoid contamination.

Q8 Is this primer usable for both interior and exterior projects
A Yes. It can be used for pretreatment of interior and exterior walls and floors for new building and renovation work.
