1. Begin by meticulously eliminating oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from the surface. This thorough cleaning ensures optimal bonding and long-lasting performance.
2. Gently sand the uneven ground to meticulously remove any loose concrete and embedded impurities, creating a smooth and flawless foundation for subsequent applications.
3. Ensure that the base is impeccably dry and completely free of puddles, as moisture can compromise the integrity and adherence of the surface solution.
4. For those substrates that are highly absorbent, we recommend employing our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent to achieve superior penetration and bonding. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the use of our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised to ensure exceptional adhesion and durability.

APPLICATION

3. Before the compound has a chance to set, employ a defoaming roller to glide effortlessly over the surface, releasing entrapped air with finesse. For a seamless application, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can transport the self-leveling slurry with ease, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. To ensure the best performance of our materials, maintain the temperature of the construction environment between 5°C and 30°C while keeping the relative humidity low. This attention to detail guarantees optimal material performance.
2. Precisely adhere to the water ratio as specified in the product manual. This accuracy is crucial to prevent any compromise in the superior performance of our self-leveling compound, which may occur with either excessive or insufficient water.
3. For a flawless finish, apply the mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes to prevent premature solidification and ensure a smooth and effective surface application.
4. Safety is paramount; exercise caution during application to avoid splattering the material onto skin or into eyes, ensuring a safe and secure working environment for all.

TRANSPORTATION
