Product introduction

An exceptional adhesive designed to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces experiencing slight sand shedding and aerated concrete block surfaces. Ideal for use on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, or absorbent substrates such as concrete. This adhesive expertly seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption of porous materials.

By preventing moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed, it enhances the bonding strength of the leveling layer. It ensures robust adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, effectively eliminating issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, free of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. For loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, this product is unsuitable. Shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, according to substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready for application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
