K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Eliminate any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine starting point.
2. Grind the surface to even out irregularities, removing loose concrete and debris. Vacuum thoroughly to ensure a clean slate, free from dust.
3. Maintain a dry base, ensuring there are no puddles present for optimal adhesion.
4. Use LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment for absorbent substrates, and LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for non-absorbent surfaces to achieve the best results.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% for optimal mix consistency and performance.
1. Once the base layer is meticulously clean, select the appropriate primer. Begin the preliminary self-leveling work when the primer is absorbed and begins to dry, approximately 2-6 hours post-application.
2. Introduce about 6 liters of clean water into a container, followed by a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix using a mixer until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Evenly spread the mixture, employing a specialized notched trowel for thickness control. Shield the freshly mixed compound from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within 10 minutes for best results.
3. Pre-hardening, roll the surface with a defoaming roller to expel entrapped air. A pump capable of 20-40 liters per minute can facilitate the transportation of the self-leveling slurry.
