Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & any chemical additives like release agents. This product isn't suitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Engage in shot blasting, thoroughly sand the substrate, and vacuum before application to guarantee optimal conditions.

Application Method

 

>> Meticulously remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare for application.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, corresponding to substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied for superior results.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is primed for the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement, ensuring a robust and long-lasting finish..
