Substrate Treatment
The substrate surface must be impeccably smooth & completely dry, devoid of cracks and oil stains & free of chemical additives like release agents. If the substrate surface is loose or shows significant sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement, necessitating shot blasting. Sand and thoroughly vacuum the substrate before application.
>> Remove all unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure purity.
>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, tailored to the substrate's absorption rate. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring it penetrates completely and thoroughly.
