Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, free of cracks, and devoid of oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. Do not use on loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Proper shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are essential before application.

Application Method

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust according to substrate absorption. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For optimal reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
