SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by meticulously eliminating oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from the surface. This thorough cleaning ensures optimal bonding and long-lasting performance.
2. Gently sand the uneven ground to meticulously remove any loose concrete and embedded impurities, creating a smooth and flawless foundation for subsequent applications.
3. Ensure that the base is impeccably dry and completely free of puddles, as moisture can compromise the integrity and adherence of the surface solution.
4. For those substrates that are highly absorbent, we recommend employing our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent to achieve superior penetration and bonding. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the use of our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised to ensure exceptional adhesion and durability.

APPLICATION
1. Begin your project by thoroughly cleansing the base layer to ensure the absolute best adhesion. Choose the appropriate primer, which is to be absorbed by the base layer and should initiate drying within an estimated timeframe of 2-6 hours. At this ideal juncture, start your preparations for the application of the Premium Self-Leveling Cement, ensuring a flawless finish.
2. Pour approximately 5 liters of pristine water into a suitable container. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound. Utilize a mixer for blending until the mixture achieves a silky smooth, lump-free texture. Distribute the mixed material evenly using a specialized notched trowel to carefully control the thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, ensuring the finest results.
3. Before the compound begins to set, glide a defoaming roller effortlessly across the surface to release entrapped air bubbles. Note: For optimal efficiency in your application, employ a pump with a delivery capacity ranging from 20-40 liters per minute to transport the self-leveling slurry seamlessly and effectively.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Ensure that the construction environment maintains a consistent temperature range between 5°C and 30°C, while keeping the relative humidity low to guarantee peak material performance and integrity.
2. Strictly adhere to the water ratio specified in the product manual. This precision is crucial to prevent any compromise of the exceptional performance of our self-leveling compound due to excessive or insufficient water.
3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material within a span of 20 minutes to avoid premature solidification, ensuring the surface is smooth and efficiently applied for a superior finish.
4. Exercise caution during application to prevent any splattering of the material onto skin or into eyes, thereby ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
5. During the vital curing period, protect the surface from heavy impacts and keep it away from water to safeguard the integrity and durability of the cured surface.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool area, away from direct sunlight and moisture to maintain the product's high quality. During transportation, avoid impacts and compression to prevent any packaging damage, ensuring the product arrives in impeccable condition, ready for use.
