Substrate Treatment
The substrate surface must be impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & free from chemical additives such as release agents. If the substrate is loose or shows extensive sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement, and shot blasting is necessary. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.
>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.
>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, based on the substrate's absorption rate. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete and deep penetration.
>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as necessary.
>> Once completely cured, the substrate is ready to be immediately treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
