K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly eliminate oil stains, dust, debris, and old coatings from the surface.
2. Grind uneven surfaces to remove loose concretes and debris, then vacuum for a pristine finish.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and free of any puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, utilize LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment. For non-absorbent substrates, use LG670 non-absorbent interface treatment.
Precise water-to-mortar ratio: 26%
1. Post-base layer cleaning, select the appropriate primer. Begin self-leveling pre-work post absorption and preliminary drying (approximately 2-6 hours).
2. Introduce approximately 6 liters of clean water to a container, gradually incorporating a 25-kg bag of self-leveling compound. Mix until uniformly smooth and lump-free. Dispense and spread the mixture evenly, using a specialized notched trowel for thickness control. Protect fresh material from sunlight and winds, completing mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Prior to setting, employ a defoaming roller over the surface to expel entrapped air. Note: Utilize a pump with a 20-40 liters/minute delivery capacity for slurry transport.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, cool area, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed, it remains viable for up to 6 months.
During transit, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, preserving packaging integrity.
