Product Construction Process

Step 1
Prepare the Base Surface: Ensure the floor is immaculate by using a mop to eliminate all dust and debris. If discrepancies are present, employ a self-leveling compound for a flawless base.

Step 2
Adhesive Application: Skillfully use a scraper brush to apply a uniform layer of adhesive. Allow it to transition from white to clear within 15-20 minutes before proceeding with carpet placement.

Step 3
Carpet Installation: Set the carpet smoothly, apply consistent pressure, and secure it using a rubber mallet or roller for optimal adhesion.

Step 4
Adhesive Curing Phase
The adhesive reaches full bonding strength in about 3 hours. Refrain from using the carpet for 12 hours to prevent damage. This method guarantees that the carpet remains secure without bubbling or distorting, keeping durability intact.
