Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, free from cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or exhibit heavy sand-shedding, this product is unsuitable. Utilize shot blasting as required, then sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum meticulously before application.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure a clean base.

>> Prepare the hardener by diluting it with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, according to the substrate's absorption capacity. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring full penetration for optimal results.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as necessary to achieve the desired strength.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready for the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, creating a comprehensive foundation for further enhancements.
