Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or heavily sand-shedding, this product may not be suitable. Employ shot blasting and meticulous vacuuming prior to application.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting as necessary for substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats for enhanced results.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is prepared to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, providing a solid foundation for various finishing applications.
