K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from the surface to prepare for application.
2. Address uneven surfaces by grinding to remove loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to ensure all loose materials and dust are cleared.
3. Maintain the base surface in a dry state, free from puddles, for optimal adhesion.
4. For substrates that absorb moisture, utilizing the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent is recommended; conversely, for non-absorbent surfaces, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% to achieve the ideal consistency and performance.
1. Choose the appropriate primer after meticulously cleaning the base layer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (typically 2-6 hours post-application), proceed with the preliminary self-leveling preparations.
2. Begin by adding approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, then gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly until the blend is smooth and devoid of lumps. Once mixed, distribute the material evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to manage the thickness precisely. Protect the fresh mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within a swift 10-minute window.
3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, employ a defoaming roller to gently roll over the surface to remove any entrapped air. Note: Utilize a pump capable of delivering 20-40 liters per minute to efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool location, away from direct sunlight and moisture-rich environments. When sealed properly, the product retains its quality for up to 6 months.
Exercise caution during transportation to avoid collisions and compression, ensuring the packaging remains intact and undamaged.
