THICKNESS

Self-Leveling Cement K12 offers exceptional application versatility, allowing a seamless spread from 8mm right up to 30mm thickness in just one easy application, ensuring a perfect finish for your floors.
Note: For optimal results when creating layers between 2cm and 3cm thick, it is recommended to enhance the K12 mixture with 8kg of quartz sand, ensuring strength and durability.

SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Start by meticulously removing oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine base.

2. Sand the uneven ground thoroughly to effectively eliminate loose concrete and impurities, paving the way for a flawless finish.

3. In the presence of leaks, initially employ a reliable leak-stopper to seal them, ensuring the ground is perfectly dry and devoid of water. Note: During outdoor summer construction, moisten the ground first, allowing the surface to dry for optimal results before proceeding with further construction.

4. For absorbent substrates, we highly recommend using the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For substrates with non-absorbent surfaces, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve superior treatment.

WATER-TO-INGREDIENT RATIO

Achieve the perfect blend for optimal performance with our precise water-to-mortar ratio of 22%. This carefully engineered ratio ensures the utmost consistency and reliability in your flooring applications, allowing you to enjoy a smooth and seamless finish every time.

APPLICATION

1. Begin your floor preparation journey by meticulously cleaning the repair area. This essential step ensures that your floor is pristine and free from any dust, debris, or oil stains. By creating this immaculate working surface, you pave the way for superior subsequent construction results.

2. Next, skillfully apply a uniform layer of primer to the diligently prepared base surface. Depending on your needs, opt for 1-2 coats. Allow the primer to dry thoroughly, setting the stage for the perfect bond and optimal adhesion.

3. Embrace precision as you adhere to the mixing ratio: pour 5L of water into the mixing container, then introduce 25kg of repair mortar. Use a mixer to blend these components thoroughly, ensuring a uniform consistency that guarantees exceptional performance.

4. With the mixture ready, gracefully pour it into the repair area. Employ a trowel to effortlessly spread the material, achieving a flawlessly smooth surface. Enhance the finish by using a roller, effectively debubbling and eliminating surface bubbles for a pristine, professional outcome.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Ensure that the construction environment maintains a temperature range between 5ºC and 30ºC. For outdoor projects, it's advisable to shield the area from direct sunlight; avoid initiating construction during rainy weather conditions to guarantee optimal results.

2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-material ratio as detailed in the product manual. This precision is crucial to maintaining the exceptional performance of the self-leveling cement; deviations in water content could adversely affect the quality and reliability of the final product.

3. Once mixed, the self-leveling material possesses a limited working time of 20 minutes. It is imperative to apply all mixtures within this timeframe to prevent premature solidification, thus ensuring a flawless and seamless application.

4. Safety is paramount during construction. Take all necessary precautions to prevent any contact of the material with eyes or skin, thereby ensuring a hazard-free environment for all workers involved.

5. During the critical curing period, it is vital to protect the flooring from any impact by heavy objects and to prevent water exposure, which could potentially compromise the integrity and durability of the cured surface.


TRANSPORTATION

Store this product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, keeping it away from direct sunlight and moisture to preserve its quality. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions or compression that could damage the packaging and compromise the product.
