It's suitable for surfaces including putty powder, paint, cement mortar, or absorbent substrates like concrete. By sealing capillary pores and cracks, it dramatically reduces the absorption of porous substrates, ensuring a smooth finish.

This action prevents the leveling layer's moisture from being absorbed by the substrate, thereby significantly enhancing overall performance. It boosts the bonding strength of the leveling layer, ensuring steadfast adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, effectively eliminating issues like peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. If the surface is too loose or has significant sand shedding, this product won't be suitable for reinforcement, and shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing any loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, depending on substrate absorption. Apply a coat with a roller brush, ensuring full penetration..

>> For optimal reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied..

>> Once fully cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
