Product Construction Process

Step 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACECarefully clean all dust and debris from the floor using a mop. If the floor is uneven, employ self-leveling materials to achieve a flawless, smooth surface.

Step 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATIONUtilize a scraper brush for an even adhesive distribution on the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transform from white to transparent before beginning carpet installation.

Step 3.
CARPET INSTALLATIONLay the carpet down evenly and apply pressure. Use a rubber mallet for tapping or a pressure roller to ensure it is smooth.

Step 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
The carpet adhesive develops bonding strength within just 3 hours. Avoid walking or working on the carpet for at least 12 hours to prevent bubbling or deformation. This method ensures durability and robustness.
