Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or exhibit significant sand-shedding, this product is not suitable; shot blasting is required. Thoroughly sand the substrate and vacuum before application for optimal results.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for a clean application.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a proportion of 1:1 to 1:2, tailored to the substrate's absorption level. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration for maximum reinforcement.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats as needed.

>> Once the substrate has fully cured, it becomes ready for the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering materials, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, providing a flawless and enduring finish.
