Substrate Treatment
Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. Note: This product is not suitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Prior to application, shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are essential.
>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to achieve optimal adhesion.
>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting according to substrate absorption. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration.
>> For superior reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats for long-lasting results.
>> Once the curing process is completed, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, providing a solid and reliable base for further treatments.
