K50 commercial self-leveling compound is a water-hardening inorganic composite material made from high-quality raw materials with a fine ratio, featuring excellent fluidity that can quickly level indoor floors. It is widely used for leveling before the construction of various floor materials, such as plastic flooring, sheet materials, tile materials, and wooden floors.
K50 self-leveling compound is renowned for its high strength, low shrinkage, and excellent adhesion, providing a smooth and solid foundation for floor paving. It is suitable for a variety of solid substrates, including concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces.
1. With excellent fluidity, it automatically levels the ground
2. improving the density, hardness, and homogeneity of the foundation
3. reducing the porosity and enhancing the uniform absorption
4. It dries quickly and sets early, allowing for grinding and laying of decorative flooring materials after 1-2 days
5. Low shrinkage prevents cracking in ground treatment

K50 can be applied from 2mm to 5mm thickness in one application.
1. Remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface.
2. Grind the uneven surface to remove loose concrete and debris, and vacuum to remove loose materials and dust.
3. Keep the base dry and free of puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, it is recommended to use LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surface substrates, it is recommended to use LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for treatment.
Water to mortar ratio: 26%
1. After cleaning the base layer thoroughly, the appropriate primer should be selected. When the primer has been absorbed by the base layer and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours after the primer application), start the pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, then slowly add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix with a mixer until it is uniformly smooth and lump-free. Pour out the mixed material and spread it evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to control the thickness. The freshly mixed material should be protected from direct sunlight and strong winds, and the mixing and application process must be completed within 10 minutes.
3. Before the self-leveling compound begins to set, use a defoaming roller to roll over the surface to expel any air that was mixed in. PS: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be used to transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool place, away from direct sunlight and humid environments. When sealed, the shelf life is 6 months.
During transportation, avoid collisions and compression to prevent damage to the packaging.
