SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin the process by meticulously removing all oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any traces of old coatings from the surface. This comprehensive cleaning is vital to ensure optimal bonding and enhance the longevity of the application, resulting in a pristine, flawless finish.
2. Gently sand the uneven ground to meticulously eradicate any loose concrete and embedded impurities. This step is crucial for creating a smooth, flawless foundation that is perfectly prepared for subsequent applications, ensuring exceptional results every time.
3. Ensure the base is impeccably dry and completely free of any puddles. Moisture can severely compromise the integrity and adherence of the surface solution, making this step essential to the success of the application.
4. For substrates that are highly absorbent, we recommend using our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. This will achieve superior penetration and bonding. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised to guarantee exceptional adhesion and enhanced durability.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure optimal adhesion. Select the suitable primer, which should be absorbed by the base layer and begin drying within approximately 2-6 hours. At this point, commence preparations for applying the Premium Self-Leveling Cement.
2. Start by pouring approximately 5 liters of crystal-clear water into a sturdy container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our superior self-leveling compound, expertly blending with a mixer until achieving a consistently smooth, lump-free texture. Evenly distribute this perfectly mixed material using a specialized notched trowel to expertly control thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and high winds for optimal outcomes.
3. Before the compound sets, glide a defoaming roller gently over the surface, skillfully releasing entrapped air for a flawless finish. Note: For a seamless application, employ a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to transport the self-leveling slurry effortlessly.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Preserve the construction environment's temperature within a range of 5°C to 30°C, while ensuring low relative humidity to maximize material performance.
2. Diligently adhere to the water ratio specified in the product manual. This precision ensures the superior performance of our self-leveling compound is maintained, preventing any issues caused by excessive or insufficient water.
3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes to avoid premature solidification, ensuring a smooth and effective surface application.
4. Exercise caution during application to prevent the material from splattering onto skin or into eyes, thus ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
5. During the crucial curing period, protect the surface from impacts by heavy objects and avoid exposure to water, safeguarding the integrity of the cured surface.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool area, away from direct sunlight and moisture to preserve the product's quality. During transportation, avoid impacts and compression to prevent any damage to the packaging, ensuring the product arrives in pristine condition.
