Substrate Treatment
Ensure that the substrate surface is smooth & dry, devoid of cracks and oil stains & free from chemical additives like release agents. If the surface is loose or has significant sand shedding, this product should not be used for reinforcement, and shot blasting is necessary. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum prior to application.
>> Clear away any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure optimal results..
>> The hardener should be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 based on the substrate's absorption rate. Apply a coat using a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.
>> For exceptional reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied as needed, depending on requirements.
>> Once the curing process is complete, the substrate is ready to be directly coated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
