Substrate Treatment

Begin by ensuring that the substrate surface is perfectly smooth, & dry, free of any cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. Note: For surfaces that are loose or exhibit heavy sand-shedding, this product is not recommended. Employ shot blasting and thorough vacuuming prior to application for optimal results.

Application Method

 

>> Start by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure a clean base.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, adjusting as necessary depending on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat using a roller brush to ensure complete penetration and coverage.

>> For enhanced reinforcement and durability, consider applying multiple coats.

>> Once the adhesive has fully cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a smooth and resilient finish.
