Substrate Treatment
Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, free of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. Note: This product is unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Prior to application, shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are essential.
>> Begin by clearing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for a pristine start.
>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting according to the substrate's absorption capacity. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration for best results.
>> For enhanced reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats to bolster the underlying surface.
>> Once the substrate is cured, it can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement for an impeccable finish.
