Substrate Treatment
Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free from cracks and oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. If the surface is loose or has significant sand shedding, this product isn't suitable for reinforcement; shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate and vacuum thoroughly before application.
>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains present on the floor surface.
>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, based on the substrate's absorption rate. Apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.
>> For superior reinforcement, apply multiple coats as necessary.
>> Once fully cured, the substrate becomes ready to be coated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering materials, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
