Our Advanced Curing Hardener is the perfect solution for enhancing the durability of cement mortar wall surfaces. It reduces sand shedding to almost nothing and is ideal for use on aerated concrete block surfaces. This product is also perfect for putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and other absorbent substrates such as concrete. Its powerful formula seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, greatly diminishing the absorption rate of porous materials.

Ingeniously designed, our product prevents moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate. This significantly boosts the bonding strength of the leveling layer, ensuring a firm, lasting adhesion between the leveling layer and its foundation, thereby putting an end to common problems like peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface must be impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. If the substrate is loose or exhibits extensive sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement, necessitating shot blasting. Ensure thorough sanding and vacuuming before application.

Application Method

>> Carefully remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the surface..

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, tailored to the substrate's absorption rate. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration and coverage.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, apply additional coats as necessary to achieve desired results.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready to be treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement,granting your surfaces exceptional strength and resilience.
