Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or heavily sand-shedding, this product is unsuitable. Implement shot blasting and thorough vacuuming before applying the product for optimal results.

Application Method

>> Start by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for a clean application.

>> Prepare by diluting the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust according to substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete and seamless penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats to achieve desired strength and durability.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready and can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a seamless and professional finish.
