Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface must be smooth & dry, free of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. If the substrate surface is loose or shows extensive sand shedding, this product may not be suitable for reinforcement, necessitating shot blasting. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum before application to ensure optimal results.

Application Method

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, tailored to the substrate's absorption rate. Apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration for maximum effectiveness.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as needed, adjusting to meet the specific demands of the project.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready to be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
