TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE: Ensure the floor is impeccably clean by removing dust and debris with a mop. For uneven floors, apply self-leveling materials to create a perfectly smooth surface.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION: Use a scraper or brush to evenly distribute the adhesive on the flooring. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to turn from white to transparent, indicating it's ready for carpet installation.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION: Lay the carpet flat and smooth. Apply firm pressure and use a rubber mallet or pressure roller to secure the carpet effectively.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
The adhesive achieves full bonding strength in 3 hours. Refrain from walking or working on the carpet for at least 12 hours. This process ensures the carpet can handle weight without any bubbling or deformation, providing a flawless finish.
