Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, free from any cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. Note that this product is unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. It is crucial to perform shot blasting and thorough vacuuming before application for best results.

Application Method

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the surface to ensure a clean application area.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting based on substrate absorption needs. Apply the mixture using a roller brush, ensuring full and complete penetration for optimal results.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats to achieve the desired strength and durability.

>> Once the adhesive is cured, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement for a flawless finish.
