SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Begin by meticulously eliminating any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and outdated coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine base.
2. Proceed to sand the uneven ground thoroughly, effectively removing any loose concrete and unwanted impurities, leaving a smooth foundation.
3. Maintain the base in impeccable condition by keeping it dry and free from any puddles or excess moisture, ensuring optimal results.
4. For absorbent substrates, enhance the surface with the application of LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; alternatively, for non-absorbent surface substrates, employ the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for superior treatment.

WATER-TO-INGREDIENT RATIO

The ideal water-to-mortar ratio is between 40% and 43%, ensuring optimal consistency and performance for precise applications.

CONSTRUCTION WORK

1. Begin the self-leveling process by ensuring the base layer is impeccably clean. Choose an optimal primer for this stage. Once the primer has been thoroughly absorbed and starts to dry-typically within 2 to 6 hours-it's time to initiate the self-leveling construction for a flawless finish.

2. Start by pouring approximately 8 liters of pristine water into a mixing container. Gradually introduce a 20-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound into the water. Stir the mixture with a mixer until a smooth consistency is achieved, free of any lumps. Distribute the blended mixture evenly over the surface and use a specially designed notched trowel to precisely control the thickness. Ensure that the well-prepared material is shielded from the harsh effects of direct sunlight and strong winds to maintain its quality.

3. Before the self-leveling compound begins to harden, gently employ a defoaming roller across the surface to eliminate any entrapped air bubbles that may have formed during mixing. Note: To facilitate the transport of the self-leveling slurry, utilize a pump capable of delivering between 20 to 40 liters per minute, ensuring efficient and seamless application.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. To ensure optimal results, maintain the construction environment temperature meticulously between 5°C and 30°C, ensuring that the relative humidity remains at a suitable level to avoid any adverse effects.

2. Adhere strictly to the specified water-to-material ratios as outlined in the product manual. This precise measure prevents any compromise in the performance and integrity of the self-leveling material, avoiding dilution or excessive concentration.
3. It is crucial that the freshly mixed self-leveling cement be applied promptly within a 20-minute window. This prevents premature solidification, ensuring the material remains workable and effective for application.

4. Prioritize safety throughout the construction process. Take diligent measures to prevent accidental splashes of the material on skin or into eyes, ensuring a safe working environment.

5. During the crucial curing period, it is imperative to safeguard the surface. Protect it from impacts by heavy objects and prevent any water exposure, ensuring a flawless finish.

TRANSPORTATION
Ensure storage in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, safeguarding it from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, exercise caution to prevent collisions and compression, thereby maintaining the integrity of the packaging.
