Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, and free from cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces prone to loose or heavy sand-shedding, avoid using this product. Instead, execute shot blasting. Thoroughly sand the substrate and vacuum it before application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for optimal results.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, in accordance with substrate absorption rates. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied, adapting to your specific needs.

>> Once cured, the substrate surface is ready for the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, tailored to your finishing requirements.
