Performance characteristics
The LG9000 water-based adhesive is your first-class choice for flooring needs, offering unparalleled elasticity and outstanding curing properties, perfect for a multitude of materials, including wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT. This exceptional adhesive is amazingly versatile, functioning as both a wet-bond and pressure-sensitive adhesive on pre-treated absorbent substrates. Its distinctive formulation also allows selective use as a gap-filling and pressure-sensitive adhesive on non-absorbent substrates or existing flooring. Discover the seamless, reliable application of LG9000 for the projects you envision.
Elevate your flooring installations to new heights with LG9000, especially on non-absorbent substrates. Start installation conveniently between 20-50 minutes after application, reaping the benefits of its lasting adhesion, impressive peel and shear strength, swift curing, and enhanced curing strength. Ensure that your substrate is firm, smooth, dry, crack-free, and devoid of dust. For particularly challenging surfaces - those that are uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent - bolster the surface integrity with LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to prevent debonding. Experience unparalleled stability and peak performance.
Installation Instructions
Achieve perfect wood flooring installation using a B11 notched trowel, expertly crafted for wood flooring adhesive application. Make sure to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain precision. The open time is dependent on adhesive volume, weather conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive is primed for action when it begins forming strings, indicating it is ready for application.
For the wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, the recommended tool is a B1 notched trowel. Replace the notched bar every 100 square meters for maximum effectiveness. Begin installation when the adhesive starts forming strings, ensuring optimal transfer to the flooring's back. During installation, thoroughly roll the entire surface with a roller, and use a cork board for pressing edges and corners to achieve a consistent, gap-free bond. Follow up with an additional roll 20 minutes later. For comprehensive guidelines, rely on Lan Guan's technical instructions, securing the integrity and longevity of your flooring.
