Product Construction Process

Clean the Base Surface: Begin by thoroughly cleaning the floor of any dust and debris using a mop. If the floor is uneven, apply a self-leveling compound to achieve a perfectly smooth and clean foundation.

Step 2
Adhesive Application: Utilize a scraper brush to carefully spread the adhesive over the floor surface. Allow it to set for 15-20 minutes until it transitions from white to a clear state, signaling the perfect moment to start carpet installation.

Step 3
Carpet Installation: Lay the carpet evenly, applying pressure as needed. Use a rubber mallet to gently tap down or a pressure roller for thorough smoothing.

Step 4
Let the Adhesive Cure
The adhesive gains optimal bonding strength within 3 hours. For the best results, avoid walking or working on the carpet for at least 12 hours post-installation. This ensures a robust surface that can withstand weight without bubbling or deformation, simplifying the installation process.
