Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. If the substrate is loose or shows heavy sand shedding, reinforcement with this product is not recommended, and shot blasting is advised. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum before application.

Application Method

>> Clear away any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, adjusting for the substrate's absorption rate. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring full penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, apply multiple coats as necessary.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready to be coated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
