Product Description
K80 Ultra-High Strength Self-Leveling Cement is a high-performance water-setting inorganic composite material. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray-dried powder resin from foreign brands, and other cement additives, carefully formulated to provide a smooth indoor floor leveling before various types of floor construction.
APPLICATION SCOPE
K80, with its high strength, wear resistance, pressure resistance, oil corrosion resistance, and excellent resistance to strong alkaline substances, provides an ideal solution for floor surface treatment in heavy commercial, industrial areas, and light industrial assembly processing locations.
PRODUCT ADVANTAGES
1. Outstanding wear resistance and durability
2. improving the density, hardness, and homogeneity of the foundation
3. High compressive strength to withstand heavy pressure
4. Resistant to chemical corrosion, similar to concrete
5. Ultra-low shrinkage rate, preventing the occurrence of cracks

SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface.
2. Sand the uneven ground to remove loose concrete and impurities.
3. Keep the base dry and free of puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, it is recommended to use LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surface substrates, it is recommended to use LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for treatment.
water-to-ingredient ratio
Water to mortar ratio: 1:5
APPLICATION
1. After cleaning the base layer thoroughly, the appropriate primer should be selected. When the primer has been absorbed by the base layer and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours after the primer application), start the pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Pour approximately 5 liters of clean water into a container, then slowly add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix with a mixer until it is uniformly smooth and lump-free. Pour out the mixed material and spread it evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to control the thickness. The freshly mixed material should be protected from direct sunlight and strong winds.
3. Before the self-leveling compound begins to set, use a defoaming roller to roll over the surface to expel any air that was mixed in. PS: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be used to transport the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. The construction environment temperature should be controlled between 5°C and 30°C, and the relative humidity should not be too high.
2.Add water strictly according to the ratio specified in the product manual to avoid affecting the performance of the self-leveling material by adding too much or too little water.
3. The mixed self-leveling material should be applied within 20 minutes to prevent the material from solidifying and becoming unusable.
4. Pay attention to safety during construction to avoid splashing the material into the eyes or onto the skin.
5. During the curing period, avoid the ground being hit by heavy objects or soaked in water.
TRANSPORTATION
Should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.During transportation, avoid collisions and compression to prevent damage to the packaging.
