Our Eco-Conscious Vinyl Sheet Adhesive is designed to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces with slight sand shedding and aerated concrete block surfaces. It is also ideal for putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, or absorbent substrates like concrete. This premium adhesive seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption of porous substrates.

This helps to prevent moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. It ensures firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, eliminating issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. For loose substrates or those with significant sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement and would require shot blasting. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 or according to substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For optimal reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
