K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Completely remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface, ensuring a pristine starting point.
2. Level uneven surfaces by grinding to remove loose concrete and debris, then vacuum thoroughly to eliminate residual materials and dust.
3. Ensure that the base is dry and free from any puddles to prevent complications during application.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent, whereas for non-absorbent substrates, use the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve optimal treatment and adhesion.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% to ensure optimal results, achieving the desired consistency and performance.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence the self-leveling process to achieve the best results.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually incorporating a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix with a mixer until uniformly smooth and free of lumps. Spread the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within a 10-minute window for optimal performance.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, utilize a defoaming roller to eliminate any entrapped air, ensuring a smooth finish. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can efficiently facilitate the transport of the self-leveling slurry, streamlining the application process.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, safeguarding the product from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product retains its quality for a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, it is crucial to avoid collisions and compression to prevent damage to the package, ensuring the product arrives intact and ready for use.
