TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE. Thoroughly cleanse the floor of dust and debris using a mop. If the floor surface is uneven, utilize a self-leveling material to achieve a smooth and immaculate base layer.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION. Employ a scraper brush to distribute the adhesive uniformly across the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to transparent before commencing with the carpet installation.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION. Position the carpet flat and smooth. Apply pressure, and make use of a rubber mallet to tap or a pressure roller to ensure optimal adherence.

STEP 4
ALLOW THE ADHESIVE TO CURE
The carpet adhesive strengthens its bond within 3 hours. Avoid stepping or performing tasks on the carpet for at least 12 hours. This method ensures durability without bubbling or deformation, offering a simplified yet effective solution.
