Performance characteristics
The LG9000 water-based adhesive is your premier solution for flooring that demands exceptional elasticity and superior curing properties, tailored for materials like wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT. This remarkable adhesive is versatile enough to function as a wet-bond and pressure-sensitive adhesive on pre-treated absorbent substrates. Its unique formulation also allows for limited use as a gap-filling and pressure-sensitive adhesive on non-absorbent substrates or existing flooring. Discover the seamless, reliable application your projects deserve.
Elevate your flooring installations with the innovative LG9000 on non-absorbent substrates. Initiate your project a convenient 20-50 minutes post-application, capitalizing on its robust adhesion, formidable peel and shear strength, swift curing, and impressive curing strength. Ensure your substrate is resilient, smooth, dry, crack-free, and dust-free. For challenging surfaces that pose extra difficulty - be they uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent - bolster the surface integrity with LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to prevent debonding. Experience unmatched stability and performance in every project you undertake.
Installation Instructions
Achieve flawless wood flooring installation by employing a B11 notched trowel, specifically designed for wood flooring adhesive. Be sure to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters. The open time is contingent on the adhesive quantity, climatic conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive is primed for action once it begins forming strings, signaling its readiness for application.
For the meticulous wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, employing a B1 notched trowel is advised. Ensure timely replacement of the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain precision. Commence installation when the adhesive begins string formation, ensuring optimal transfer to the flooring's back. During installation, meticulously roll the entire surface with a roller and use a cork board for pressing edges and corners, ensuring a uniform, gap-free bond. Follow up with an additional roll 20 minutes later for reinforced bonding. For comprehensive guidelines, adhere to Lan Guan's technical instructions, cementing the integrity and longevity of your flooring.
